The following are some frequently asked questions by new clients

Which insurances do you accept?

BPS currently participates with CareFirst (BlueCross/BlueShield), Humana, TriCare, and MD Medicaid insurance plans.  If your insurance is not listed above but you have a PPO or POS plan, Dr. Gabriel would be considered an “out of network service provider”. This means that you likely would be entitled to reimbursement of your out of pocket expense (up to a certain amount depending on your insurance plan). Please verify with your insurance company what the reimbursement rate would be. Dr. Gabriel is happy to provide you with any paperwork necessary to assist you in obtaining reimbursement for the services you received.

What types of payment do you accept?

Health Savings Account (HSA)- BPS currently accepts debit cards linked to HSA accounts. You can use your debit card for services at BPS just as you would in your physician’s office to pay co-pays or to purchase prescriptions
at the pharmacy.

Fee for Service- Dr. Gabriel accepts cash, all major credit cards and checks for her services (please see fee schedule under the Forms tab)
